Let’s build your college advising plan.

Explore

Included

Explore is where students figure out what they actually want. Not what their friends are doing. Not the school they heard about on TikTok. Not the one leading March Madness. What actually fits the life they want.

  • Learn the landscape
Learn the landscape well enough to know what’s right for you. School types, how programs and majors work differently across institutions, and the distinctions that actually change the experience.
  • Define family priorities
Define what actually matters to your family. Geography, size, cost, environment, and the parameters that will shape the list.
  • Position the story
Review and position extracurriculars so the student’s story is clear, and build the resume that reflects it.

Evaluate

Included

With a clear picture of what they want and why, Evaluate is where the list gets built and the story gets shaped.

  • Final list strategy
Build the final list of 10-12 schools, balanced across likely, target, and reach, with an ED strategy and priority ranking that gives your student a real shot at their top choice.
  • Student story
Figure out how to frame your student’s story. What thread connects their activities, interests, and goals, and how does that land at each school on the list.
  • Financial fit
Stress-test the list against financial fit and merit aid opportunities so there are no surprises in the spring.

Execute

Included

Senior year is a lot. Essays, deadlines, school visits, finals, and everything else that doesn’t stop just because applications are due. Execute is where we follow the plan.

  • Essay coaching
Dedicated essay coaching from first draft to final submission. Your advisor’s eyes are on every essay for every school, so the writing keeps getting better and every application puts your student in the best possible light.
  • Project management
Full project management from the first brainstorm to submit, so your student is never scrambling and you’re not nagging them to finish.
  • Decision support
Hitting submit is not the finish line. We stay with your student through interviews, waitlist strategy, merit aid negotiation, and all the way to decision day.

The parent experience

Your job is to be the parent. We handle the rest.

You do not have to become an expert

You don’t have to become an expert. Our team has worked with over 100 families and knows exactly where the trouble spots are. You don’t have the 10,000 hours it takes to learn this process. You don’t need them.

Accountability without nagging

No more “have you written the essay yet?” Your student has an advisor who holds them accountable. The essays get done, the deadlines get met, and your relationship stays intact.

Clear updates

You always know where things stand. Updates after every meeting and direct access to the advising team by phone or email throughout the process.

Merit aid strategy

Most families don’t know tuition is negotiable. We do. When merit aid offers come in, we help you understand what to ask for, how to ask for it, and how to use competing offers to your advantage. One family saved $25,000 a year at UC Boulder. That’s $100,000 over four years.
